The Korff Isolmatic GmbH has received an order for the production of insulating panels for an LNG carrier again.
The new special ship is being built at a shipyard in Rostock. Contracting and construction company for the insulation at the shipyard is the company Lindner Isoliertechnik & Industrieservice GmbH, Arnstorf.
The gas carrier will transport liquefied natural gas (LNG). The Bi-Lobe-tanks will be insulated with special panels "Made in Dietzenbach".
The insulation by Lindner begins in early 2017. The delivery of the carrier to the shipping company is scheduled for the end of 2017.
The previous carrier was insulated with Korff insulation panels 2012.
